A visit to the Providence Association of the Ukrainian Catholics in the USA

On Friday, March 8, 2019, Most. Rev. Bohdan J. Danylo, bishop of St. Josaphat Eparchy, and the head of the Patriarchal Commission for Clergy together with V. Rev. Dr. Andrew Onuferko, vice-head of the Ongoing Priestly Formation Subcommittee of the Patriarchal Commission for Clergy, visited the Providence Association of the Ukrainian Catholics headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Bishop Danylo and Father Onuferko, a native of Philadelphia, met with Eryna Cvikulska-Korchynsky, corporate secretary, and Myron B. Soltis, CFO, and thanked the Providence Association for their support of the seminaries in the USA and Ukraine as well as for their ongoing assistance to the churches throughout America.

In addition, Bishop Danylo and Father Onuferko discussed possibilities of involving the Providence Association members in the Enthronement of His Grace Metropolitan-archbishop as the Seventh Metropolitan of the Ukrainian Catholics in the USA on June 4, 2019.

The "Heart to heart" Enthronement festivities will be a week-long event and will include a special children, youth and young adults program on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Philadelphia.
