"On the side of the Dnipro River, the building is heated, windows have been ordered; we have outlined a large amount of work. If we are able to install the windows in the administrative building, then in the winter we will be able to work on the inside of this building as well," said Bishop Joseph. According to the head of the supervisory council, there is money for construction in the winter period. "In order to carry out work in the summer we need approximately 40 million UAH. This would be the money needed for us to consecrate the cathedral in 2012.” In addition, the bishop said work is being done so that before the cathedral is consecrated, which is planned for the end of the Euro 2012 football championship, commemorative coins, stamps, envelopes, and medal will be issued as rewards to donors, as well as patriarchal thank you letters and certificates. He also said that several groups have already signed up for the consecration events of the church, to secure a place in the cathedral, at the banquet, and at the concert.
