On February 3, in Kyiv’s Opera Hotel, business representatives will meet with the rector of Ukrainian Catholic University, Fr. Borys Gudziak, to discuss the topic "What is the cost of dignity?" This is UCU’s Lviv Business School’s first event in a series of meetings between owners and top managers with leaders in social thought in the Ukrainian and international environment. "The aim of the project is to create a platform to initiate an active dialogue between business and society,” said director of the Lviv Business School Sophia Opatska. “The participants will examine current challenges, but in the long term the dialogue will strengthen the role of business in developing key social processes in the country.” According to Opatska, during these meetings the business representatives will discuss to what extent dignity is connected to a person's ability to work against the flow and how to determine the border between adherence of principles and unscrupulousness.
