August 7, on the day of the Assumption of St. Anne, the mother of the Holy Mother of God, Bishop Ihor Vozniak, Archbishop and Metropolitan of Lviv, visited the parish of St. Anne in Lviv on the occasion of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the stay of the catechist sisters of St. Anne in Ukraine and the 90th anniversary of the foundation of the congregation.

Bishop Ihor celebrated the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy, during which Sr. Mariya Ivanyuk made lifelong monastic vows, and other sisters of the congregation renewed their eternal vows. Sister took the vow of poverty, chastity, and obedience in the presence of the Metropolitan, Sr. Veronika Yaniv, provincial superior of the Congregation of Sisters-catechists of St. Anne, and Sr. Edilma Vyzolovska, General Superior.

It is worth noting that the congregation's charisma is simplicity, dignity, and mutual love because “God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him...” (1 John 4:16). Through prayer, sacrifice, and apostolate, the sisters seek to attain Christian perfection.
