"The faithful have waited for this event for a long time, because holding religious services in houses always receives prejudice from the local people. In their conviction, this does not suit the status of a church, and prayer in adapted premises is not very attractive for them. They always dreamed of having a real church building. And here in Luhans’k now they have this desired house of prayer and comfort," Bishop Stepan told the Information Department. The next day, with the participation of numerous faithful, in the Church of Christ the King a pontifical Liturgy was celebrated.
