Eastern Catholic Bishops met in St. Louis, MO

March 5-7, 2018, the Ukrainian Catholic Bishops of the United States of America took part in the annual Eastern Catholic Associates meeting at the Maronite Catholic Pastoral Center in St. Louis, MO.

The Eastern Catholic Associates is a gathering of the bishops of the Eastern Catholic Churches in the U.S.A.   The pastoral issues related to the life of our churches are discussed during the gathering. This March bishops discussed the Catechesis and Religious Education issues, Convocation of Eastern Churches in the US.  The Catholic Relief Services made a presentation on the activities and services of the CRS to the bishops as well as the plans for Diaconate Congers for the Eastern  Catholic Deacons in the U.S.A.   All the Bishops expressed thanks to Most Rev. Elias Zaidan, Bishop of the Maronite Eparchy for welcoming and hosting our meeting.
