His Beatitude Sviatoslav prayed in Evpatoria

On July 24, 2011, His Beatitude Sviatoslav, the Head of the UGCC, visited the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in Evpatoria of Odessa-Crimea Exarchate. The main aim of the UGCC Primate’s visit was to pay a tribute to the icon of Holy Martyr Petro Verhuh.
On July 24, 2011, His Beatitude Sviatoslav, the Head of the UGCC, visited the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in Evpatoria of Odessa-Crimea Exarchate. The main aim of the UGCC Primate’s visit was to pay a tribute to the icon of Holy Martyr Petro Verhuh. At the Pontifical Divine Liturgy, presided at by His Beatitude Sviatoslav, concelebrated Bishop Josyf (Milan) - Auxiliary Bishop of Kyiv Archeparchy, Rev. Ihor Havryliv – Dean of  Crimea deanery and Rev. Bohdan Kosteckyj - a parish priest of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary church in Evpatoria. At the end of the Liturgy, there took place a rite of blessing of water and all the present received Archiepiscopal blessing.
