Nina Matviyenko wrote the foreword to the second audio book of Patriarch Lubomyr

Yesterday in Kyiv the folk artist of Ukraine Nina Matviyenko recorded the foreword for the audio book of His Beatitude Lubomyr, Major Archbishop of Kyiv-Halych of the UGCC. The record of the foreword completed the work for the second audio book of the head of the UGCC called “The Road to Thy Neighbor,” which will be presented in time for the Easter holidays.  In the audio book “The Road to Thy Neighbor” His Beatitude Lubomyr will share with listeners his answer to the question what is love, will explain if it is possible to name an unreciprocated, feeling love, and will describe on what modern principles a family should be built. How to be when love is not strong enough? How does the Church treat the search of the “other half” through meetings with a few people? If the Church is against abortion, then why is it also against contraception? Is a woman supposed to stay at home while the man works? What is the duty of parents to their children? To provide inheritance or education? How to build relations between different generations? Answers to these and other questions will be found in the second audio book of the Head of the UGCC. “Unfortunately, during the history of humanity, from the very beginning to today, there were problems between generations. I do not know whether there is a man in the world who did not make a small mistake in this area,” responded His Beatitude Lubomyr to questions about the relations between parents and children. The book will consist of two disks and is presented in the form of an interview. The conversation with His Beatitude was conducted by the distinguished Ukrainian journalist Mykola Knyazhytskyj, director of the TV channel TVi. Previously he was the president of the National Broadcasting Company of Ukraine, member of National Council of Ukraine on questions of television and broadcast, and administrated the TV channels STB, ICTV, and Tonis. The first audio book of His Beatitude Lubomyr titled “The Road to Oneself” was presented to the public in January 2009. Ten thousands copies were made.
