Retreat for the priests of Ternopil-Zboriv Eparchy Held in Zarvanytsia

On August 23 through 25 the third round of retreats took place for the priests of the Ternopil-Zboriv Eparchy. Over 90 clergymen took part in the spiritual activities which took place in the Maria’s Spiritual Center of Zarvanytsia.
On August 23 through 25 the third round of retreats took place for the priests of the Ternopil-Zboriv Eparchy. Over 90 clergymen took part in the spiritual activities which took place in the Maria’s Spiritual Center of Zarvanytsia. The retreat was led Mired Father Paulo Repela, teacher at the Ternopil higher spiritual seminary and the pastor of parish of the St. Elijah of the village Petrykiv (Ternopil region). The Father talked about the characteristics of the priest’s vocation and told about different family vocations and spiritual trials which a priest encounters during his spiritual mission. During the retreat priests celebrated Liturgies, prayer services for the vocation to consecrated life and the monastic status, and held a memorial for the deceased Bishop Mikhail Sabryha.  On August 24 arrived Bishop Vasyliy (Semenyuk), Eparch of Ternopil-Zboriv, who greeted the priests on Independence Day of Ukraine and shared his benediction.
