Father and Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, His Beatitude Sviatoslav announced the acceptance of applications to a Catholic school in Kyiv, which is open to anyone.

“I want to announce the very good news for our parents and our children. Catholic school opens in Kyiv. This is a dream that my great predecessor, His Beatitude Lubomyr, was working on. This project now begins its life, ”said the Primate in a video commentary on the opening of the school.

First, the elementary school for children of 1-4 grades will start working.

His Beatitude Sviatoslav invited the parents to cooperate. "We hope that the Catholic school in Kyiv will be an environment where your children will be able to develop harmoniously and receive world-class quality education," he said.

According to him, a Catholic school is an environment where children can not only learn but also be well educated on the basis of Christian morality. “The Catholic school is not a denominational school. It is open to anyone who truly cares for their children,” said the Head of the UGCC.

"May the Lord bless us, according to the prayers of righteous Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky," the Primate wished.

Below are the contacts through which you can contact the Sisters Servants, including Sister Khrystofora Bushtyn, who is responsible for organizing and starting this school.
