The Head of the UGСC will take part in the telecast «Life continues»

On Wednesday April 15, 2009, at 11.00 His Beatitude Lubomyr, Head of the UGCC, will take part in a live broadcast of the daily program «Life continues,» which is aired on the First National TV channel. During the program His Beatitude Lubomyr will discuss with the hosts of the program three main topics: the spiritual crisis which causes the economic crisis, charitable concerts of academic music which will be held under the patronage of the Head of the UGCC, and the celebration of Easter. Interestingly, there will also be the possibility for interactive communication with TV viewers, as the program format foresees questions from the viewers. According to the description of the program «Life continues» which we find on the web-page of the First National www.1tv.com.ua, the program’s purpose is to assist the spiritual, cultural, and also physical health of Ukrainians, providing mutually-responsible connections in families, among pensioners, their children and grandchildren. Daily «Life continues» provides psychological support to people of a mature age, so that they feel themselves valuable citizens of the state. «Life continues» is a unique example of a positive social experiment on the waves of the TV channel, which has very wide coverage in the country. Consequently, the program has the possibility to find a grateful viewer in perhaps every house.
