"The entrance doors to the church were broken and opened. On the holy altar things were disordered in an unusual way. Before the entrance doors on the stairs they placed the priest’s pectoral cross, which was kept in the church. Near the holy altar an empty beer bottle was left. With this fact they dishonored the Lord God, desecrated the church and the holy things, wounded our religious feelings, and inflicted on us financial and moral harm," informed Fr. Ivan Tretyak. Presently the fact of the crime is being investigated by the Kirovohrad internal affairs structure.
