He thanked the members of the working group for all the work they have already done towards “such an important aspect of Church life – that of pilgrimage.” Dmytro Myronenko, coordinator of the working group, and Olena Hantsyak-Kas’kiv reported on already completed work. They informed the group that a collection of questionnaires from all over Ukraine had begun. The information from these questionnaires will allow the working group to compile a list of sacral objects of the UGCC and eventually publish a professional map of pilgrimage places, guide books etc. Other topics of discussion included the future logo of the Patriarchal Center for Pilgrims. One logotype was selected from a group, which in the opinion of the participants best reflected the idea behind the Pilgrimage Center. The chosen logotype will now be formalized. The next meeting of the working group will take place on June 24. Its purpose: work out the information policy for the project “Patriarchal Pilgrimage Center of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church” and discuss the creation of a web page for the center.
