Workers of Ternopil Oblast agro-industrial complex make pilgrimage to Zarvanytsia

On June 19 over 200 workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Ternopil Oblast took part in the annual professional pilgrimage to Maria’s Spiritual Center in Zarvanytsia. The head of the main administration of the agro-industrial development of the Ternopil Oblast State Administration Mr. Andriy Khoma joined the pilgrimage. On behalf of Bishop Vasyl (Semenyuk) of the Ternopil-Zboriv eparchy, Fr. Andriy Romankiv greeted the pilgrims. The dean of Zarvanytsia Fr. Volodymyr Toporovskyj blessed the pilgrims with the relics of the saints. The pilgrims arrived with an icon of the Mother of God of Zarvanytsia and their banner to show their gratitude to the Holy Mother of God. Fr. Andriy Romankiv gave the pilgrims God’s blessing: "Let God’s grace be with you, strengthen you, let the merciful Lord for your sacrifice and work for the Ukrainian people reward you with a good harvest." After the Road of the Cross, Fr. Andriy Shalay led the pilgrims on an excursion of Zarvanytia.  The first pilgrimage of the workers of the agrarian complex of the Ternopil region took place in 2007.
