A book by His Beatitude Sviatoslav was published in the Czech language

The edition "In pilgrimage to dignity and freedom: Pastoral word of His Beatitude Sviatoslav to the faithful of the UGCC and all the people of good will" was published in the Czech language. The Czech edition was released under the title "Majdan a řeckokatolíci na Ukrajině" (Maidan and Greek Catholics in Ukraine).

The author of translation of the book is Rita Kindlerova. The book was published by the Carmelite Publishing House. Such an initiative was managed to organize by Czech dissident Jiri Novotnyj.

As you might recall, the Ukrainian edition of this book contains homilies, speeches, interviews, epistles, letters, and other documents by the Father and Head of the UGCC, proclaimed during the first year of struggle of the Ukrainian people for their dignity and freedom (since December 2013 till December 2014).

The book consists of four chapters: "Proclaiming a peaceful way of struggle for the European future", "Voice in defense of compatriots who have suffered from the felonious state power", "Stance in the time of Russian Intervention in the South and East of Ukraine", and "Pastoral care about Ukrainians in the armed conflict in the eastern part of the Motherland". Each of them contains speeches, homilies, declarations, letters to the authorities, appeals etc., regarding the above-mentioned topics. The edition is meant for clergymen, monks, laymen, researchers, and all  interested in the matter.

The book "In pilgrimage to dignity and freedom" was published on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of enthronement of the Head of the UGCC in March 2015.
