Damage at our Geelong Church

On late Wednesday evening January 13, Fr. Ihor Bakay was startled with the noise of windows being broken.
He called police, but the perpetrator(s) had vanished. In all, nearly 43 windows in the church and parish had been broken. Some graffiti was also found on the hall door. Police reported that there had been similar damage in the area lately. The church is covered by insurance and has now been secured.
