Blahovisnyk for 2011 contains the following chapters:  Documents of the Apostolic Capital (letters of Pope Benedict XVI on different occasions);  Documents of the Administrator of the UGCC Archbishop His Excellency Ihor (Vozniak);   Documents of the Head Archbishop of the Kyiv-Halych UGCC, His Beatitude Sviatoslav (Shevchuk (deeds and decrees, letters and epistles, sermons and addresses);  Documents of the Synod of UGCC Bishops;  Documents of the Synod of the Bishops  of Kyiv-Halych UGCC Archeparchy;  Documents of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations;  A Chronicle of Events. The written material is complimented by an appendix of color photographs, capturing the most significant events of 2011. A special feature of this issue of Blahovisnyk are the materials of the current Lviv Metropolitan Ihor (Vozniak) who, according to cannon law, served as Administrator of the Church until the selection of the UGCC Primate.  Also the chapter “Documents of the Major Archbishopric of the Kyiv-Halych UGCC, His Beatitude Sviatoslav (Shevchuk)” contains important edicts about the establishment of new metropolitanates in UGCC, namely: Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk.  Also one can find the first addresses, epistles and sermons of the new Primate to the faithful.  It is worthwhile to note his Pastoral Letter on “A living parish – the place of meeting a living Christ” that delineates strategic developmental priorities of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church to be achieved by 2020.
