The Head of the UGCC expressed his sympathy for the priesthood and devoted of the Armenian Apostolic Church

His Beatitude Sviatoslav, the Head of UGCC expressed his sympathy for the priesthood and devoted of the Armenian Orthodox Church on the occasion of death of Archbishop Grigoris Bunatyan.

Particularly, in a letter of compassion is said: “News about the transposition to God of your Archbishop Grigoris Bunatyan, we received with a deep sorrow.

His humanity, sincerity and frankness with all people of a good will, Christian participation in sufferings, especially his immense love to a long-suffering Armenian people, who were inspiring all of us, sons of Ukrainian nation, to devote ourselves the same unselfishly to God and our Motherland.

In this afflicted moment we bring our sincere consolation for the priesthood and congregation of the Eparchy, to the relatives and intimates of Archbishop. We are uniting in prayer with you and ask all-merciful God to accept him into the Kingdom of Heaven”.
