The Head of the UGCC took part in celebrations of Ukrainian Unity Day

On Friday, January 22nd on Ukrainian Unity Day, the Father and Head of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church His Beatitude Sviatoslav took part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the monuments of Taras Shevchenko and Mykhailo Grushevsky in Kyiv.

Afterwards, His Beatitude prayed and laid flowers at the memorial bas-relief of the righteous metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky that is placed on the Teacher’s House of Kyiv (former Central Council of Ukraine and Directorate of UNR).
